I’m Fariha Shahmir, based in Karachi Pakistan, and I work with Superio Tech as an E-commerce Operations Associate. I enjoy the organizational side of online retail, from keeping product information updated to monitoring store activity and making sure customers can move through the buying process easily. My experience with E-Commerce management services has helped me develop an interest in product organization, store maintenance, customer behavior, and improving everyday online shopping experiences. I like learning how e-commerce businesses operate behind the scenes and finding simple ways to keep things running smoothly. Outside work, I enjoy cooking, reading, photography, and exploring new cafés.
