Reports to: Francophone Field Representative Manager (FFRM), TTI West Africa
Location: Lomé, TOGO
Employment Type: Full Time
Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

- Regular communication and updates with the office team and our leaders and church planters in the field is required. Prompt and quality replies to emails/phone calls, WhatsApp messages and SMS is expected. Strive to reach the leaders in the field by whatever means necessary.
- It is also important to remember that the function of the office is to serve and support the work in the field. There should not be a controlling tone or harassment of those in the field.
- Possess decent digital literacy and ability to work with a computer
- It is likely that our field staff will challenge patience and not always send reports in the right format, on time, and properly filled. Grace, mercy, and patience are needed to help them adjust to the expected level we require. However, we never stop encouraging them to raise their level of reporting.
Qualifications
- The candidate should be a born-again Christian and comply with the statement of faith of TTI
- The candidate must be bilingual with decent proficiency both in English and French
- The candidate must be computer literate i.e., MS Office, email, Onedrive, Microsoft Teams etc.
- The candidate is required to possess the following skills:

- Should be able to work in a Christian organization and work with Pastors.
- A degree or certification of Data Analyst would be an added value

Scope:
The Field Representatives Quality Control Officer for West Africa is expected to safeguard the quality of FR visit reports on iMetrics and contribute to the implementation of FR trainings in West Africa.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Accountability
The Field Representatives Quality Control Officer for West Africa reports to the Francophone Field Representative Manager in West Africa.
Leadership
Under the supervision of the FFRM, provide general guidance and supervision on matters related to FRs’ visit reports and Training to the National Field Representative Coordinators, Field Representatives Team leaders and Field Representatives of West Africa.
Training
Under the supervision of the FFRM, the Field Representatives Quality Control Officer for West Africa helps with the implementation of the FR trainings plan and strategy. He/She also contributes to the updates or drafting of new FR training content. All updates to the training contents require the approval of the FFRM before implementation.
Visitation Goals
Ensure the FRs and NFRCs/NFRTLs are working towards the expected visitation goals in each country:
- All Training Centers are visited 2 times during the training cycle
- In the new countries, the two Training Center visits are conducted in Phase 2 of the training cycle
- More than 50% of all reported churches are visited in every training center
- FRs are submitting quality reports for every visit made
Reporting and iMetrics
The Field Representatives Quality Control Officer for West Africa is expected to ensure:
- iMetrics FR Visit Reports are assessed by the National FR Leaders according to the standards in a timely manner
- Imetrics reports are submitted gradually throughout the month as the visits are being conducted
- iMetrics reports are a faithful summary of the reality on ground
- imetrics reports are respecting the standards of a quality visitation report
- Issues reports are generated where needed
- Issues reports are generated in countries where we don’t have an NFRC/NFRTL and shared with the respective NLT/LT
- Monitor iMetrics platform and report any glitch in the FR reporting system.
Quality control
Under the leadership of the FFRM, the Field Representatives Quality Control Officer for West Africa
- Read and review all reports submitted on iMetrics by FRs in West Africa
- Improves and sets up Key Performance indicators (KPIs) for FRs qualitative reporting
- Develops a strategy and process to measure qualitative reporting using the KPIs;
- Compile a quarterly audit report describing the progress made in each country regarding the quality reporting
- Review issues created on iMetrics, ensure they are helpful to the movement
- Follow up with WA FR leaders to whenever FR reports need to be edited according to our reporting best practices
- Initiate new types of reports that can help support the progress of the movement
ACHIEVE
Under the supervision of the FFRM, the Field Representatives Quality Control Officer for West Africa is required to:
- embrace the ACHIEVE vision and provide the necessary support to the Movement for the successful implementation of the ACHIEVE strategy in West Africa.
- help coordinate FRs’ village surveys
- Follow up with the GPS localization process of TCs and CPs via iMetrics reports
Communication with Leadership
Field Representatives Quality Control Officer for West Africa is expected to discuss challenges, obstacles, or general difficulties with the RFRM to find solutions together. The Field Representatives Quality Control Officer for West Africa is expected to maintain a good and healthy communication with the Assistants to the RFRM, the National Field Rep leaders and other operations staff members and Ministry Leaders.
Travel
Being in a coordination position, traveling should be expected in or outside the country. Health and ability to travel is important. Ensure you have your passport, yellow fever card and Covid-19 certificate. Traveling during some weekends should be expected.
- Travel to different countries in Africa for Field representative/National field reps’ coordinator and FR team leaders’ training
- Willing to visit rural areas with lower standards of accommodation.
- Also be ready to attend regional and global meetings/conference/summits/training.
Office Funds
This position might involve handling some finances of the office. Receiving advances for travel or any other kind of expenses implies accounting for use and distribution of funds:
- Proper accountability and record keeping will be expected.
- Proper allocation and careful use of funds is mandatory.
- High value is placed on integrity and discretion.
